  • Are your products safe for my home?

All materials used are specifically created for indoor family use, but of course, we recommend customers read the website
information for each product prior to purchasing.

  • Is COD available?

No. It is not available. So sorry!

  • How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once it’s shipped out. Please check your spam/promotions folder along with checking your inbox.

  • Do you provide customized designs?

Yes, we do have customization for certain products to create unique and beautiful pieces for your kids, home and celebrations. You can find them on our product listings or reach out to us on raisinguparrowsco@gmail.com

  • How can I cancel my order ?

Please mail us at raisinguparrowsco@gmail.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.

  • Do we ship internationally?

Yes, drop us a mail and we will calculate the weight and distance cost before you make a payment.
*Please note : Custom duties if applicable would have to be paid at the time of delivery (which is not included in the shipping charge)

  • What do I do if I don’t like the product I received ?

We do hope you don’t have to check this section, however products purchased can be returned (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 15 days of receiving the order and please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund / code to be processed. The courier charges incurred by you to send us back the product will not be refunded.
